House staff need to report these items

Toilet seats just sitting on top with no nuts and bolts .Very dangerous to slip off.The electric jug was all brown inside from boiling water over time.Rooms bit tired.

Check-in instructions unusual to the usual hotels we travelled in. Otherwise, nothing to complain about. They offer Netflix in the room, which is just amazing! Saves the trouble of having to link and setup my own account to watch on screen. The bed is great too. Soft but firm. Overall pleasant experience.

Time to freshen up this room.

We stayed in a room with a spa bath in the middle of the room. Really fun idea. Lots of mirrors. Television visible from the bath too. The only downside was the condition ofvthe room. Very run down. Stains on all the seats, the carpet was stained, frayed and coming up around the tiles near the tub. Taps in both the spa and bathroom sink are lose and wobbly to touch. The light switch in the toilet is broken, it gets stuck on unless you really force it. All this aside the cleaning staff have done a great job working withvthe room. Carpet was well vacuumed. Bedding was clean and comfortable. It looks like they might actually be in the process of revamping the motel. We noticed beds in large skip bins in the carpark as well as plaster from replacing walls so fingers crossed it will be freshened up next time we are there. I would stay again, but knowing that the room is run down i may not pick that room next time.
