Sometime the amount paid can displease people, but remember the commission we have to pay is included in your price and we cannot help that - if there is another reason we love to hear about it? Really disappointing

Really disappointing when all cups and cutlery was dirty. I would never have expected lipstick on many cups and dried food on saucepans. When contacting owner was shocked to receive denials of the dirtieness and blamed us. When the owner inspected she tried to argue and belittle us by saying "their are starving people in the world and you have to clean a cup". Clearly not sure what that has to do with anything about expecting a clean place when you pay to stay in a place. Owner refuses to refund.

Hi Ann McNabb and Ken, we are sorry that you both didn't enjoy your stay on the second day. And that 2 Expedia staff both refused your request for a refund for your second day as you had stayed until 3.30pm. I did attend the apartment as soon as l was made aware on the second day, I had purchased a brand new saucepan and gave you chocolates for your inconvenience. Furthermore Expedia staff and myself didn't blame you, we merely asked a few questions - wondering why it took until the second day at 3.30pm to notify us of 1 x spare glass from top shelf with some lipstick on it and 1 x saucepan had some scratches on it. I offered many suggestions including cleaning your glass and supplying a brand new saucepan buying you wine and chocolates, and to resell the room, but you refused all of our offers, only departing at 4pm. The team at Expedia and myself went to great lengths to make you happy, and we are sorry if this didn't work on this occasion.

Great position.

Great place to stay. Close to city centre and able to walk down to beach. Very clean. Manager is easy and welcoming if need to contact her.

Fantastic location, close to the beach.

I would recommend this self contained unit anyone. Very clean, big lounge and bathroom, 2 balconies and very close to the beach.

Central to everything - perfect stay

A lovely long weekend was had in this perfect apartment. A balcony at both ends to take in morning or afternoon sun-delightful! Modern kitchen and bathroom and even a massage chair! Lots of little extras eg. Hand soap, dishwashing liquid etc. Bed was very comfy and we loved the electric blankets. Spa bath and bathroom very clean and uptodate just like the whole apartment. The location is central to shops, beach and playgrounds. Glenda was lovely to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. If you need anything or have any questions before booking call Glenda direct as I am sure she would love to help you out or help with queries. Very clean, comfy modern apartment-we couldn't have been happier.

Nice hotel close to everything

We stay overnight. The apartment is roomy clean. The kitchen got everything we need. The bed is clean and comfortable. We enjoy the stay in this hotel. Rated 4.75/5.0
