Typical of all of theses hotels these days, charge you top $ for the room and then hit you for another fee for parking. Got to the room and found 2 x singles , didn't ask for that. Couldn't see the TV from one of the beds. Curtain tracks didn't work so couldn't full close. Room key failed , then had a long wait for replacement because there was only one young lady on the front desk. Needs to be better

The staff were very helpful and friendly but the room was not cleaned to a very high standard which I would have expected for the price I paid for my room

We stayed one night room service was good but we found the property noisy as were some of the guests adjacent to our room.

When we arrived just outside our door was a food tray with dirty dishes sitting on the floor, this was still there the next day when we checked out at approx 10.40am

Thought it was expensive for the level of luxury it offered. Carpets paint etc dated. No biscuits offered with complimentary coffee and tea. Buffet breakfast also seemed expensive considering ran out of bacon and food not very hot. Toaster not properly adjusted.
