Great location however we hardly got any sleep as the noise from the people in the rooms next to us we were able to hear clearly. The walls were not well insulated. I probably wouldn’t stay here again for that reason. The bathrooms are dated could do with an upgrade

Avoid if you want sleep. The noise at North Pier Hotel is unbearable. Loud music, pub noise and people well into the night, plus early morning disturbances. The room shared a wall with the pub and had virtually no soundproofing, making sleep impossible. Location is good, but it’s completely overshadowed by the constant noise. Would not stay again.

The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Upon checking in I noticed some things had not been cleaned properly, nothing major. But other then that, the stay was as expected.
