Room clean and fairly comfortable, but dated and showing wear & tear, especially the bath. Bring a sleep mask if you’re a light sleeper - the wooden louvre shutters let in a LOT of light from the grounds and the main street, so it’s hard to sleep. Staff were great, and looked after us well when the Chromecast system failed (gave us a much appreciated complementary breakfast voucher). Good location, and we really appreciated having a lift to the room and no stairs.
