Super glad the hotel provided ear plugs, single glazed windows made for a noisy night and morning. My sister went down the breakfast at around 9-9:30 and there was nothing other than a croissant available so she asked for a refund. Staff seemed very busy but this made check on fast. definitely the perfect hotel for hens or stag do’s.

I was in a room down several stairs and had to negotiate stairs at the entrance - where are your ramps?

Never again

This was our second stay here, the first was in winter and hotel was very hot so we didnt notice as much. This recent time it was summer, the hotel again hot and we sweated all of the time. You cannot control the temp from your room so we had to open windows and have a fan brought up. The curtin fell down and power points were not working. Could not get hot water so had to call down and ask for help to show us how to get hot water. We were told we were on the wrong side of building and it will take at least 10-15 mins for the water to get hot, so yes we had cold showers. The internet connection drops out all of the time which was frustrating as we were still running our business whilst on holiday.
