Staff were great, as usual. Food and drink really good. A very well-situated hotel. Only issue on this occasion concerned the room I was in. Even with all of the lights on, the wardrobe was situated in a location which had no light. I had to use the torch on my phone to illuminate the wardrobe so that I could use it.

Pros: excellent location, beautiful building and very spacious rooms. Good breakfast. Cons: didnt have any hot water in the room, but didnt realise until morning so to late to do anything about it. Windows do open but will not stay open, need to be propped up (room 349) which made the room very stuffy. Staff were great though with the feedback and im sure it will be sorted asap. Would stay again.

Overall a good visit with friendly staff. You need to pay extra for leisure facilities and the the pool is only open 9-5pm on weekends. With breakfast 8-10am the timings dont really work for a pre breakfast swim when youre just staying a night. Wish i had known before spending the £5.

Staff are fine my room bathroom sink had hairs in it .. also the bathroom fan wasnt working and the hotel reeptuon accised me of smoking in the room but it was the steam from the bathroom that set the alarm off ... because it doesnt have a working bathroom extractor
