We had a 2-night stay here with 15 people, from the initial booking the customer service was excellent. I also had a fantastic communication with Shannon from Guest Services, who was able to able really speed up check in for the 15 people by getting all the room pairings and names all added before we turned up. Fantastic hotel and would recommend to all.

Hot food at breakfast wasn't that hot ...had beans , bacon , sausage , scrambled egg and hash brown were just warm and not hot . Didnt see an option on other style eggs ( fried , boiled ). Bed creaked if you moved around .
