Summary:
Ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Little River. Great location for golfers, fisherman or just a quiet get away. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, golf, waterfront and only a short drive to the beach. End unit. Sit back, Relax and Enjoy! You must be at least 25 yrs of age or older to rent our properties. No motorcycles.

The Space:
Primary bedroom has a king bed, Second bedroom has a queen. Two full baths with access from the bedrooms, full kitchen, open dining area.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulation and rules. Renters must be 25 years of age to book our properties.
This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD

Loved the condo!

The Condo was very comfortable and was close to many stores and restaurants. Wish they would have had some dish soap and other cleaner available to use. Had to buy that and couldn’t leave it for the next renters. The bed is very comfortable and loved the couch!
