I always stay here when I come back to Mitchell, but this time it was not so hot. Breakfast is awful. NO effort in it at all. Room was clean but bathroom was freezing and heater in room kept turning off. Around the pool was neglected. Day time attendant wanted to hold an ID from my kids to play putt putt golf. This is, after they had my credit card on file for incidentals. Very few employess (I get that no one wants to work) THe gentleman that checked us in was VERY nice and very professional even when stating he was working alone. HOWEVER the next day the attendant at desk with a walker was very short and was very rude to another empolyee. THey proceeded to stand and fight infront of me and other customers about a broken pop machine. Not cool. The first hot tub was cold and the second was very dirty. I was very dissapointed in our stay and will think twice about staying here again.

The room itself was very tired, needs to be redone, especially he bathroom although everything worked. The heater was very loud cycling n and off. On the lus side the bed and pillows were supportive and comfortable. The sign looks like it is on its last legs

Not impressed, very dirty and unkept. First time in my life I felt dirtier after I took a shower than when I went in. Honesty would not stay here again even if it were free.

We enjoyed are stay for a wedding there. Very clean nice bed. Don't plan on having a breakfast or a good cup of coffee. That is my only complaint.
