Central air-conditioning will keep everyone comfortable, and the private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has what they need for the beach. You may be inspired to take several trips down to the shore thanks to the various beachy decor throughout the home. Cook up a meal for your picnic basket in the well-equipped, full kitchen, which is all set up with full-size appliances, a dishwasher, a tasteful tile backsplash, and bar seating for enjoying a casual meal. The tennis village is one of the top 10 tennis resorts in the country offering guests convenient access to a shared pool with a poolside bar, hot tub, fitness room, private beach, on-site restaurants, tennis and basketball courts, and so much more!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
