Small, very little bench space, the washing machine's bearings are gone and it was late loud during the spin cycle you could hear anything else.

Best place!

Pros: The views & the tidiness
Location: Close to the convention centre, DFO, the casino and tram stops!
Was the first time I was in Melbourne and this place was in a great location! Every place in the apartment had great views! Will be definitely staying here again.

Close to exhibition center

1 bedroom apartment, convenient stay, check in has to be arranged as there is no reception. Bathroom is very small , great big balcony, good and clean fit out otherwise.

Close to convention centre.

Pros: View, comfort, cleanliness and proximity to supermarket and Convention Cention & DFO.
Cons: Place a recycle bin in the apartment as you are required to sort rubbish before sending down garbage shute.
Location: Location was great as I was attending fair at the Convention Centre, close to Casino and Melbourne CBD.
Great amenities and close to Convention Centre, Casino and supermarkets. Beautiful view from lounge and balcony. Self contained kitchen was well equipped with a full size fridge and a dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Only thing I would change was that I would put a recycle bin in the apartment as when I went to empty the garbage into the garbage shute there was a recycle bin there and you were requested not to put recycle objects down the shute so I had to sort my garbage from the bag and place in appropriate receptacles. Only a minor detail and was great accommodation.

Excellent views and great location.

Pros: Location and Views
Cons: A cutting board in the kitchen would have been handy. Instructions on how to use the microwave/oven A soap holder in the bathroom. A sitting chair.
Location: Great location - Southbank - walking distance to shops and eating places. Great shopping a DFO Southbank and the city.
Have visited Melbourne on many occasions and must say that this is the best accommodation that I have stayed at. Will definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends. The kids also loved the apartment especially the views at night.
