Vary far awayfrom tram ststion long walk.Lob by looks very different from picture of web-site. It is ONLYvery small and old.
But it is goox to have lift in building . Corridor matches photos and bathroom of room.

ideal location
stayed 4 nights, felt safe, front desk manned 24 hours, spacious room, roof top is excellent, ideal location, easy walking distance to Acland Street St. Kilda, Skybus direct to Tullamarine directly across the road, they have got all the bases covered.

Private room in backpackers
Pros:
Lovely staff, great and clean room, great food and atmosphere in the pub downstairs, close to Acland street.

Short walk to Acland street and the Esplanade, lots of great food around. 25 min tram ride into the city.
I was meeting my partner so we had a private room and it was lovely, very comfy and clean. At the same time, we still got to meet a few of the international people in the pub downstairs, played some trivia and ate there too. The food and atmosphere in the pub are awesome. Short walk to Acland street and the Esplanade and a 25 minute tram ride into the city. Great staff as well, I'll gladly stay again.*****

Perfect location for St Kilda

the main streets of St Kilda are literally a 2minute walk from the rooms. It is a short walk from the main strip roads
Don't judge a book by its cover. The room was perfect. The one night the nightclub above was a bit loud but we were warned about that and honestly wasn't that bad at all. For what we paid it was the prefect location to all the hot spots in St Kilda and the tram just a short walk away.

Reason picked Barkley hotel as it was close to palais theatre
Staff were friendly, room was very spacious, clan and modern looking. Only negative was could here the music from the. Rooftop party as it was in our room

the palais theatre and luna park are a 10 minute walk away. nice burger joint on the way
it was an alright stay although the bed was very uncomfortable and only got about 1-2 hours sleep. The rooms are really stuffy because there's only a vent in the bathroom above the shower and the balcony is unable to be used. No windows to open. Pretty clean though.

Close to st Kilda beach

Shower head was horrible just pushed out air and was going everywhere but down

Luna park 5 minutes alk
It was quite pleasurable in the hotel room. Until Saturday morning when staff cleaning the 4th floor dragged all the furniture across the dance floor from 8am, great that your cleaning but be mindful of those below
