(4-minute drive). Leading outside from the main living area you have the fully fenced solar heated saltwater pool, 2 outdoor dining areas one with bbq, pizza oven, and landscaped grounds all private safe, and secure for children & pets.

Second lounge room with pool table
Great size kitchen with granite benchtops, dishwasher, aldi pod coffee machine, large fridge and pantry and dining area.
Main bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. Master bedroom with ensuite.
