Good Evening, Thank you for taking the time to review Quest Hawthorn. Unfortunately the key cards are not immune to deactivating if placed near a mobile device. As disclosed in the lift as well as at the entrance to the hotel, there is always someone on site to assist guests in these instances. We hope this won't deter you from visiting again
