Hi there, Thank you for sharing your review. Unfortunately over the weekend the hot water to the building stopped. As soon as this was raised a plumber attended and a letter drop was made to all guests. Unfortunately the issue with the hot water was greater than first thought by the plumbing company. This has now been resolved and is all back one. Unfortunately this was unforeseen and outside of our control however quick action was taken, so I hope it did not cause too much of an inconvenience. Would you please be able to advise your apartment number so we can check on the phone. Unfortunately posting anonymously I am unable to locate your booking. All apartments should have a phone to contact our reception team during reception hours as well as our after hours team should anything occupancy after hours. As soon as the hot water issue occurred we received a number of calls prompting the plumbers attendance. We do hope to welcome you back again soon. All blankets are washed offsite through our linen company, I can assure you the blankets are clean, they are just a tad worn. We are currently in the process of auditing all blankets as a result of the cold weather in Melbourne. Brand new stock is set to arrive at the end of this month so these will be implemented into the rooms. All in all I am glad to hear all other aspects of your stay met your expectations.
