No towels provided. Excessive holding fee for entry cards ($300) and still not cleared from my credit card 4 days later

Hi Thank you for your feedback. Please note that all bonds are released after guests have checked out. Once they have been released we no longer actually have control of the funds and this falls back under the banks responsibility. As for the towels I do apologies, however if this was reported during your stay we would have resolved the issue straight away. Again thank you for your feedback. Regards

Hi there We appreciate your feed back and we do apologize for not noticing these issues sooner, had it been reported to us during your stay. If we do have the opportunity to have you stay with us again, please do report any utilities missing or not working efficiently as we do try and keep on top of these things as soon as we can. Are you able to tell us which room you were in that didn't have the hot water running sufficiently? In regards to the extra sheets for the fold out bed, were you able to let us know if you've paid the extra fee for extra towels and linen? We do require a fee charge of 30$ per night when you do require a rollaway/fold out bed with Linen and extra towels.

did not like the pricing. when booked through Wotif i understood the rate was $99.00 per night for 2 nights and i was debited on 4 feb for $230.86. am i mistaken on the rate i booked through Wotif

Small dingy dirty walls n window sills mould in the shower. Only thing going for it is the location. Very disappointed not at all like the pictures on the website.
