Check in female staff member was not pleasant on Monday night. Female needs to get another job not in face to face customer service. Check out male on Tuesday morning was lovely. Apartment was ok but defintiely not a 4.3/5 (995) rating as per wotif which is why I booked it. Won't be staying there again.

Booked parking and would have liked some communication about where to park when we first arrived instead of doing circle work while we called to find out. Room was adequate for our stay but has seen better days and requires a repaint. Some light globes not working and impossible to hook onto internet. Was only a 1 night stay so we made do.

It advertised a 2 bedroom suite. In actual fact the second ‘bedroom’ had no windows, no wardrobe and no access to the bathroom when 2 single beds were in there. The only access to the bathroom was through the master bedroom which is hopeless for 3 friends trying to stay in the apartment. I was disappointed overall. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

in my case being on the 35th floor, it provided some brilliant veiws that i could get lost in for hours witch was very therapeutically needed

Some of the dishes/glasses in the cupboards were dirty or wet. Couldn’t work out how to find the channel ‘abc kids’ on the tv - would have been helpful after a big day at the tennis. No face washers in the bathroom. Otherwise the apartment was fantastic and the staff at front desk were very helpful and welcoming.

Carpet in room was very dirty needed replacing. Tiled floors were sticky from cleaning chemical residue. Definitely not somewhere that I was comfortable to take my shoes off or put anything down on the floor

We stayed over Christmas and the movie theatre and tennis court were not available during our stay (this was a surprise to us). Our room was dirty and we found lollies IN the sheets of one of our kids' beds, and further lollies found under the other kid's bed. Broken and dirty parts in every room, smaller than the photos make it look, and the staff weren't super helpful or apologetic for the problems that we had. The cleaning team brought in to our room did not speak English except one person, so it was difficult to communicate with them our concerns. Overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone - and have already given my review to friends and family who have since travelled to Melbourne to avoid Milano.
