Great location. Room needs a refurbish. Very clean, but rim of toilet needed cleaning. This is an easy area to forget to clean, but for thorough hygiene, the entire toilet needs to be cleaned. Other than this (which is easily fixed with proper training) my stay was excellent.

I really missed the parking system in this apartment when booking, but close to our trip I tried to communicate with the property by email. Unfortunately, nobody answered. So, we were in total dark before check in. Front desk was not helpful at all and again given wrong information about where to park. We stayed six nights and seven days including check in and out without any cleaning. There is a big question that how it's a serviced apartments??? Overall, we were not really enjoyed the property.

Great place to stay with kids, handy with Aldi next door, could cook dinner, or walk to local cafes and restaurants. 5-10min walk to free tram loop. Room Could use a bit of maintenance (marks on walls, basin sink cracked) but the location and facilities made up for it. Loved the Lap pool, huge gym, spa and sauna. If you’re after an affordable room in a great location, this is it!

Great location, fantastic pool and gym, easy parking. Aldi next door. Walking distance to many shops and dining options, transport etc. I needed more cutlery and staff got it for me immediately. Very helpful.

Fantastic gym, pool, spa and sauna facilities. Beautiful tennis courts but were told they were booked out for everyday of our stay even though most of the time no one was playing. Bit disappointed. Bathroom had signs of mould but apartment overall clean. Aldi next door very handy and PT easily accesible near apartments. Serviced apartments but need to supply your own washing powder/dishwasher pods. Apartments not cleaned daily only when you leave. Good price. Big apartment. Comfy beds. Overall great accommodation. 👍

The locality was great. Very secure. Very close to Queen Victoria Markets and free tram that takes you to Southern Cross Station and Skybus. Aldi next door was so convenient and not far away is an IGA. The advertised cinema was a different concept from what I was expecting. Needed to ask for an iron, which reception staff brought up. Kitchen sink plug didn't hold water and towel rail needs securing to wall. These were minor issues. The advantages outweighed the disadvantages. Would be very happy to stay again

Great property, the gym is probably the best I have seen in Melbourne. The pool was good and the spa, Spa jets could go a lot longer. Awesome Sauna, reception staff are great. Only negative, room could have been a little bigger, but still comfortable
