We definitely have one of the best locations in town. I'm also pleased to see you gave us high marks for cleanliness and for the service. I've passed on your feedback to our staff. I apologise for the missing grater & spatula in the kitchen. We replaced missing items. We provide complementary tea, coffee pack on arrival. All of Insaa apartments are newly built and outdoor settings different, based on the size of the apartment. Please accept our apology for the confusion.
