we were pleasantly surprised with the apartment and although small it was good value for money for Melbourne. The place was clean, neat, tidy and the bed was comfortable. Big plusses were - plenty of food options straight across the road at Docklands Pier, tram right outside the main door, secure parking, easy check-in, great staff The only real issue i had was with the bathroom. The apartment is level floor but there was quite a large step up into the bathroom which was easy to forget about and accidentally trip off the step when leaving the bathrom. Also when opened the vanity cabinet door obstructs part of the bathroom doorway. Overall though the apartments are a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again

The property is in fantastic location. Just outside is tram stop- free trams And only few stops to inner city.. Bathroom works well. The only small minus was step up From corridor to the bathroom… Bed and pillows are comfy… I never found the place noisy or messy. Staff at the reception is just out of this Planet…. Fantastic- thank you… If I visit Melbourne again this accomodation will be my choice. I stayed 3 comfortable weeks..

There were dirty dishes, the the lady on the desk was quite rude when questioned about their practices. The bathroom door didn’t properly close, neither did the bedroom. They did not warn us that there was night works going on behind the building so it was impossible to get a proper nights sleep. Would never stay there again.

We had no idea of any works going on at the back of the building as Probuild have just gone into receivership so not sure if they would have been doing any work at this point. About our practices, we do require ID and Matching CC and our system does wipe off the CC as soon as our guests depart. Kind regards, Lyn (Manager)

Nothing worked All TV channels froze, Distance to get in and out of shower difficult as shower door hit toilet. Difficult to get into bed as no space between wall and bed and then hurt your leg on the frame. Very Disappointing

Thank you for your feedback. We realize our apartments are quite compact but competitive for a city stay. I'm sorry about the TV situation as it may have required a setting adjustment. We have our TV's in this building running through Foxtel so perhaps a little different to many. Our staff member is always very quick to check & fix any of these issues that we're made aware of.
