Great location, clean and good communication. The only thing I don't like is the couch-too low, very uncomfortable couch.

Uncomfortable bed. Too much street noise. Structural pier in the middle of the kitchen/living room.Bathroom fan on a timer could be heard in bedroom.

Spacious room in central location

Great communication, very helpful staff. the room is really spacious and equipped with all facilities. Stayed at other apartments before but it was very hard to find it or communicate. The only downside is the couch, too low and very uncomfortable. It would be nice to have a box of tissues and shower caps.

Convenient city location

Pros: It's location was the main drawcard but also its newness and cleanliness
Cons: Couch is way too low and uncomfortable. More furniture would such as an additional couch or chairs. Need airconditioning in the bedroom.
Location: Walking distance of many locations incl. Melbourne Markets, City Centre, Crown precinct, Lygon St. etc. and also supermarkets and many eating places
Very conveniently located self contained apartment within walking distance of many of the city attractions and shopping, We found the room very clean and tidy but a bit sparce of furniture. Accessing the room after hours was not an issue with our host Hons meeting us even though our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until close to 8.30pm. A late checkout on the Sunday was requested and approved which was great. We felt it could do with an air conditioner in the bedroom as it did get warm during the night. Plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space for unpacking.

Modern and clean room, close to everything

Was very satisfied with the owner of the room, and the accuracy of the advertised room, was as expected and better. Just thought we would have access to the rooftop and have a balcony but neither were accessible.

Close to everything in the City

Pros: Location, new, clean
Cons: Small rooms. 1 tv in lounge room with seating for 2
Location: Theatre. Shopping. Movies. Dining
Very new modern clean apartment but not suited to our family 2 Parents and Children 18 & 15. location was great for shows and shopping.
