Placed in the room directly above car park driveway had a disabled bathroom sheets where like paper they crackled everyone we moved doors banging in the hallway all night very sleepless night won’t be coming back

Big apartment. Smelled damp, carpet stained, could have been cleaner. A woman rang previously and we arranged check in between 4 and 5. When I arrived the office was locked and I had to call for someone to open up. The building is a bit old and tired, no fan in the bathroom. The Room is above a bar so quite noisy. Great location on the water.

Great location. Property itself needs refreshing. An exceptionally noisy evening function below our room ruled out any sleep (even after a full day’s drive to get there) until after 1:00 am. We will not stay there again under any circumstances.

Please note, their is another business also in the same building as us, ( Pelicans Landing) and they have functions facilities, which unfortunately this is out of our hands, rest assured I have shared your review to them directly. Although we cannot turn back the clock, we are looking forward to the opportunity of being at your service in the near future.

The check out process wasn’t explained to us as there was no one at reception until 10am. There was also no key return box inside reception so we had to make the decision to lock the key inside the room before leaving. The room wasn’t properly cleaned (there was food on the stove and the toilet was dirty with hairs on it) but the staff did address it urgently and clean it up. The dishwasher was too small to fit the small dinner plates so we were unable to use it. The room was great and great view and close to all dining. We were also overcharged by $20 the the night and I have requested a refund this morning, hopefully this will be processed urgently.
