Overall was a good stay all though the bed was a bit to hard my shoulders were bothering me. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I would stay again if it was my last resort.

The staff was excellent in fixing issues we had when we first arrived. 1) The blind did not work. We needed light. 2)The WiFi did not work in the room. 3) A piece of tile was loose from the wall. 4) There was no frig in the room (or microwave). 5) My husband needed light to work at the desk. A lamp was brought in to remedy the situation. Since the WiFi did not work in the room, they moved us down the hall to a different room. We were tired, so we went to bed. The next night I told my husband that it felt like my side of the bed was broken. If I got too close to the edge of the bed, I could fall off. My husband felt around and felt nothing under my side of the bed. We went to the desk the next morning and they sent up a couple of maintenance men to check it out. They picked up the bed to find out that whoever set up the bed put the box spring upside down, thus, there was no support for my side of the bed. There were no phones in either room to call down to the desk (or anywhere).

Could be a nice place to stay. Needs to be cleaner
We stayed for 3 nights. Front desk lady was amazing. The lobby area was very nice, but once you turned the corner, first the elevator dont even look like an elevator, i literally walked right passed it... the smell in the hallway and the room, smelled like dirty moldy clothes. So glad i packed my shower shoes (bathroom, i cleaned) also went to walmart and purchased my own bedding) and there was NO microwave ughhh.. the stairways are dirty and freezing, almost scared to walk thru, and the walls are paper thin, i could hear my neighbors conversations.. but the icing on the cake was in the hallways. There was so many dead lady bugs just laying around 🙄 😫. Should have been something done about that. Would have been an easy clean, but just shows, the whole place is dirty/ dingy..
