Staff on reception and in dining room, bar were so polite and helpful, what really stood out for me was the fact we had my sister in law (who is partially sighted) with us and as we walked around the hotel day and night the door staff could not of done more to open doors etc. incredible hotel that is clearly manages so well. We were given a room next to my sister in law and also upgraded to lighter rooms. Thank you so much all concerned

A wonderful hotel - can’t recommend it highly enough. Fabulous architecture, lovely rooms with plenty of space, a very comfortable bed, clean crisp linen and lots of little extras. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, friendly staff, delicious breakfast with many options. We also loved the Santa tray - this was our first time doing Christmas away and my kids were a little sad at not doing the traditional things, but that tray (and the chocolate treat left by Santa) was so cute and much appreciated. I also really appreciated the water we got at checkout - that was so kind (and also much appreciated!)
