Feasting on the fantastic local cuisine is a must. It’s a mix of Fijian and Indian flavours thanks to the large number of immigrants who came to Fiji in the late 1800s. While you’re here, you should definitely try Kokoda. It's a Fijian delicacy where fresh fish is marinated in lemon juice and coconut milk, and is simply delicious.
