Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The food, the staff, the spa, the rooms, the location, the amenities, the water sports, the nannies etc. Everything was magical and we truely did not want to leave. Suitable for families but we were a couple and the kids were not a set back as they are kept busy with entertainment from kids club. Worth every cent. Thankyou MIR

Little bit of paradise

Sensational ! From the Bula Fiji welcome song to the "Isa Lei" as we were leaving we had the most wonderful time. The beautiful staff at the resort embraced us with their warmth and friendliness. We dined each night with our daughter and her husband at "Treetops" ( very nice indeed ) while our granddaughters had a fun time in The Kid's Club-everyone was happy. First time travellers to Fiji - loved it- will be back. Vinaka vaka levu everyone at Malolo Island Resort.

We loved our stay at Malolo Island Resort. A truley beautiful resort and the staff go above and beyond to welcome and assist guests. The Chef is fantastic st accommodating any special dietary requirements and my 7 and 4 year old loved kids club where they do a range of traditional Fijian handcrafts. We can't wait to return with our family!

Special anniversary, special resort

We went to Malolo Island resort for our 30th wedding anniversary and the staff made it a very special occasion for us. Everyone was super friendly, from the moment when we arrived, being greeted with "welcome home" to the moment when we left with hugs and kisses, we had a great time. Our last night we had dinner in the Treetops restaurant and the table was decorated with balloons and rose petals. The guys playing guitar on the pool deck came into the restaurant and played our wedding song for us, so beautiful. We loved our room, the honeymoon bure, at the far end of the beach it was quiet and secluded. The water was only 20 metres from our verandah and the reef another 20 metres further out. The snorkelling was fantastic, so many fish. Thanks you everyone at Malolo

Short but sweet - 3 days in a relaxing dream

Pros: Staff, food, adults only sections and happy hour
Cons: Cheaper offshore activities, e.g. free snorkelling (one or twice daily - like other hotels offer). More toys for the adults.
Location: Easy to get to, bit open to the wind but had some great views and walks over the hills. Not crowed and plenty to do.
Everything we saw, ate and did at Malolo Island resort was great. Staff were some of the friendliest and most helpful in my many trips to Fiji. The food was great and good on price when considering their location and the options of the beach bar café and main restaurant were also handy as we didn't feel like eating many formal dinners during my partners and I stay. Activities and kids club was pumping, many of the other guests (parents) raved how good the club is and their 12 yr old even liked attending after saying they were too old. Weather wasn't perfect (bit windy) on two of our three days but there were plenty of drinks to be had in the adults only pool and hiking the hills was great way to keep up our fitness. Overall the resort was exceeded expectations, was well layed out, had great facilities, boast a great kitchen and staff and will be coming back again in 2017.

Stunning view, great kids club. Food sensational.

Best holiday we've had in a long time. Location is amazing, our room was perfect, clean and modern. The meals cooked by the executive chef was absolutely next level and better than any restaurant we ate at in Sydney. It's an expensive stay, but worth every cent. It's worth taking your own alcohol to drink at your bure, because the alcohol is very expensive if your a drinker.

Stunning location with lots to do

Pros: Everything
Cons: Malolo was pretty much flawless
Had a wonderful two day stay at Malolo. The place was perfect and had several dining options and they have everything thought out there even down to wrapping your bags in plastic when you leave so they don't get wet. All the staff are lovely and helpful.
