"Great place for week or weekend getaway"
We wanted a long weekend of relaxation but not boredom. Our room was right on the beach and a hammock off the patio. Very peaceful and relaxing. Resort also has snorkeling, kayaking, hobbie cat sailing and SUP free of charge. Lots to do. The island is about 1.5 hours from mainland, but going back took longer due to pick up on other islands. The downside was the helicopter arrivals - about 5 each day and always when we were trying to nap. Food was very nice. Staff gracious and welcoming. Would stay again.

"Beautiful setting on lovely beach."
Staff were friendly, food was good but was far more expensive than we had expected. There could have been more variety in meals offered as we stayed 10 days, and the Al la Carte menu was the same every day. Water sports were all a charge, so take your own snorkelling gear if you have it.

"Luxury with a family feel"
We stayed for three nights and wished we had booked longer. Everything was perfect and the staff were amazing. They knew everyone staying by their first names and greeted us accordingly. The food was first class. We were lucky enough to be there for the management drinks and Fijian dance/singing on the Friday night. It's the only night they do it and we highly recommend to make it one of the nights to stay. We stayed in a deluxe beachfront room. It was gorgeous. We only used the plunge pool once so would book a normal beachfront room next time as we made more use of the beach and the main pool. Highly recommend the beachfront rooms versus the over water bures! All in all we give it 10/10. The only part that was less enjoyable was the mosquitoes which certainly isn't Likeliku's fault! The mosquitoes proved to love me a little too much, next time I come back it will be with super strength repellent!

"A nice break"
It was nice to get away in the sun. I was shocked at the cost of the meals and it would have cost about $2000 for our family to eat for the week if we had not been creative. After the first sleepless night worried about haow we were going to afford to eat for the week we settled in. Many of the staff were lovely and you could tell that their natural way was friendly and happy. Some seemed exhausted - perhaps because it is the end of the season, perhaps due to the changes in their work with all the renovations and management changes. The staff in the restaurant and in the admin areas were especially grumpy / rude - They would walk away while talking to them and seemed fed up with questions. Meaning crossed wires and mis-communication. Our Bure was pretty run down especially the shower floor which was a bit gross esp with little kids in there. When we arrived the fridge was not turned on and the air conditioner didn't work. Even once it was fixed it was pretty in effective. But the beds were nicely made up and the location or our Bure was lovely with nice outside trees. We had a tour around by the GM who helped us understand the changes more. There is a lot going on and once the renovations are done it will a very nice place to visit. The kids club was good. Although again, some for the people were a bit over it. Some were lovely :-)

"Great holiday destination"
Loved the stay and food all complimentary due to renovations. Fantastic food and great staff. Enjoyed complimentary activities including reef snorkelling, sailing, canoeing, standup paddle boarding and using bicycles. Location was good but no reef from beach, you need to go on a boat tour if it is not cancelled due to "sea lice." When too many guests register for reef tour, you may only go to a sandbar with a few bommies and limited coral. When numbers were low, we were taken to great snorkelling locations. Disappointed by no village or dolphin tours during week of visit as advertised on website. Book in early for complimentary massages or you may miss out due to limited availability.
