Excellent location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and free car parking. Fantastic value, food was really tasty, great vegetarian breakfast. Friendly staff, lots of little extras in the rooms like fresh milk, bottled water, sleep mask and ear plugs. Will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful whenever we needed anything. The bar and garden were very nice. The breakfast was amazing as there was a very good selection. Our room was nice. The only complaint is that the shower door did not shut properly.

I love this place. I travel regularly here for work. The rooms are classic and comfy , showers are good , the amenities in room are thoughtfully provided (eg great tea / coffee and shortbread!!). It’s quiet at night and parking is great. The pub / bar and staff are all excellent too. Food is a good price and staff couldn’t be more helpful. Definitely recommend. X
