Really happy with the Four seasons - Shoreditch! The room was perfect for one night, very clean, tidy and spacious! The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was faultless, just like the staff who were courteous, polite, friendly and all round a pleasure! Thank you

The location is great, only a minute away from the tube station with easy access to central London. The room was really clean and had a modern feel about it. The staff at reception were super friendly and accommodating. The only downside I could mention is that the cleaning staff went knocking at my door (like half an hour before the check out time) on the checkout day just to tell me: you're leaving today right? - it is not a big deal but it makes you feel they're rushing you when you are getting ready to leave anyway. Apart from this, everything was great and would definitely be staying again.

Lovely clean rooms with a decent coffee machine, complementary water and super clean rooms and bar area. Breakfast was basic but nice with hot food replaced regularly. I'd definitely stay again!

Coffee machine broken Room smelled like dead rat coming from the drain Was not a double room was 2 singles zipped together with a very uncomfortable zip running down the middle. Duvet was also 2 singles zipped together. Bedding was for a double bed so not big enough for 2 singles and couldn't be folded under the mattress.

The property was in a good location for me, across the street from bus stop / tube station. It was clean, with friendly staff and has a restaurant and Uber services in the lobby (great for those without an account). The hallways were nice and the rooms feature internal electrical switches for "make up room" / "do not disturb" with relevant colors showing on the lighted room numbers outside the room - although simple, this is a really nice, sensible approach. There were also two lifts, which was convenient. Although I had a small windowless room, this did not bother me too much as the TV was good. I would have liked to have a kettle and possibly a microwave in the room, which contained only an expresso maker.
