Lovely clean hotel, good access to shops/bars/restaurants and helpful staff.. thought breakfast was overpriced as even as a single person had to pay breakfast for 2 and selection wasn’t greatest either , room was nice

This property is a death trap! Our H2O monitor went off several times in one night and instead of running an independent test, they blamed me for spraying perfume. I am highly sensitive to any perfume and haven't used it for years. The front desk clerk told us it was typical and the monitoring system for smoke and carbon monoxide was defective. They cut the wires in our room and didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. I'm shocked this is a property that Expedia recommends!

I stayed overnight for a quick work trip and while the room was expected to be small, the cleanliness wasn't that of a 4-star hotel. The toilet was stained red on the toilet seat, it was very untidy, and the sink was dirty and I had to clean myself.

This hotel is a little gem right in the hub bub of Bethnal Green lovely smart functional hotel spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Can’t find fault would stay again.

Lived the location, room was small but perfectly formed, only issue was TV volume was low and when you ran Netflix it was almost illegible even on the max 10. Would stay again but an easy tweak to make the stay better

Nice hotel

I was there for a business trip. Nice stay. Nice location. Easy to reach different areas in London. My only complaint is that there was no proper desk I can do work in the room so I had to spent a lot of time in the reception area or in coffee shops around the area if I had to work.
