I liked the clear copies of the Hotel Hoppa for getting back to the airport. If I could improve one or two things: The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service. Also as a Marriott Hotel I don’t know why my membership number isn’t in your computer. At some places it is.

Stay here often and always a very good standard.Rooms are comfortable ,staff friendly and helpful and prices are competitive.Would not consider staying anywhere else.Specal mention to Tanya and Pragati both on reception who are so helpful and always smiling.

Fantastic hotel with a great view of heathrow runw

This hotel was an impulse book on my part. After getting the bus from terminal 2 to the hotel,everything was great.I book rooms with a runway view. The rooms were clean,comfortable and well equipped. The staff in every area of the hotel were outstanding. We had drinks and bar snacks from the bar area, excellent sellection of food and drink. Breakfast was buffet style full english and continental, and all superb. Id stay here again if ever i return to london heathrow.

This hotel is so ghetto! The bed was creaky, couldnt shift without creaking the bed. The shower - water pressure was fantastic, but water overflowed on the floor because the shower tray is either not installed incorrectly or not draining gast enough. The tray was also beat up and alot of the white was gone. The rest of the room looked like it needes an update, everything was chipped, scratched, stained or wonky. The restaurants were bad. Mediocre food, terrible options. Zero vegan options. I ended up with chips and a salad with no dressing. Overall, will not be staying here again.

Conveniently located to Terminal. Room bedroom area was fine but the bathroom fell well short. Total lack of space for placement of toiletries and a very basic basin. Decor (eg passage carpet) was dated in places. The breakfast was excellent. Mainly due to the bathroom we rate this hotel as “okay”

Great pls e do stay if one is flying in or out of Ciry Airport. Excellent links by DLR to central London. Walking distance from the terminal! A great place to stay as staff are ferry helpful.
