Carlton at the reception desk was tangibly helpful at check in. From then it went downhill. Mould on the shower cubicle floor, no clothes hooks in the bathroom, I woke up to a really loud party at 3am right above me, there was lots of talking outside my room at 8am which woke me up again, the room doors close really loudly, you can't open the windows unlike the Leonardo hotel. I'll never stay here again.

Nice upgrade to the Executive Lounge for happy hour drinks and nibbles. The room was a bit too hot at 20C. Tried to turn temp down, but no luck. Otherwise, very pleasant!

We booked this hotel for a one night stay for the proximity to the airport after arriving at Heathrow from the Netherlands before our flight back to Australia the next day. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon arrive. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant, cafe and bar, all with very helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone needed a hotel close to Heathrow Airport.

There are rooms where air conditioner blows air right into your head when you are in bed. I got a room like this on my way back from UK. That was horrible. At least, for me. My room on my way into UK for spotless.

We usually stay at the Renaissance when we fly to Europe. This time I was a little disappointed. We were put in a room that was up stairs with no elevator and the people next door were loud all night.

The dinner was fantastic, and the Chef deserves at least one Michelin Star. The portions were over-generous - but there should be too much of such marvellous food rather than too little! I think the cost of the 5 minute shuttle - more than £7 per pax - is bordering on extortion!

Nice, spacious / comfortable room and good airport location for early flight out of Heathrow however, front desk employee in desperate need of training. Upon arrival, no introduction, no welcome, no hospitality, no offer of information about the hotel and it's amenities. When asked about the airport shuttle service, we were quickly handed a sheet of paper with schedule. We travel often and sadly it was one of the worst examples of customer service we have experienced. Otherwise, nice hotel.

It was worn and tired and the checking in process took ages. This is not a 4 star hotel. Kettle in room did not work, tap in bathroom tarnished and very worn, water temperature not consistent. I wish I had stayed somewhere else. The reviews on Expedia did not match my experience
