It took over 30 minutes waiting in a queue just to check in. Most people were told to go have dinner at the restaurant as their rooms weren’t ready yet. The problem with this is that it was almost 9pm and people just wanted to get to their rooms after a long day travelling. Lucky this hotel is used as a transit stop & nothing longer than an overnight stay, as I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff were pleasant but not forthcoming with information. a few Example-when asked about a bus route, told bus stop in front of hotel, there was a bus stop on both sides of the street. We had to go back in and ask. When asking about shuttle to airport was given a timetable but failed to tell us which location of the hotel was us considering there was 3 hotel locations. Suggest that you really get detailed instructions
