The room was dirty with hair all over the bathroom floor. And there was a lot of cracks and nasty stained on the carpet. The bed sheet didn’t fully cover the mattress and the mattress had blood like stained on it it was very nasty but I had no other option. The staff were lovely at check in and check out that was the only pro. I also booked a standard room but was given a accessibility room

Toom temp too hot

The room was too hot and the air con didn't work. Also the eco friendly poster in the middle of the plastic plant wall is just ridiculous . Foyer had nauseating artificial air freshener scent gave me a headache

Great location for access to the O2, just a short bus trip. Plus was located a stones throw away from Grenwich train station which was perfect for travelling in to London. The room was a little tired but was clean and big. Breakfast was good with lots of options and the bar area had a great atmosphere to it. Will definitely return when next visiting the O2.
