The room was in need of decoration with torn paper and marks on the walls. Cracked tiles and bath in the bathroom and the carpet looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed. 2 z-beds were provided and when asked if one could be made up so our teenage children didn’t need to share a double bed, we were told it would cost an additional £20! Unfriendly staff added to the disappointment.

We had to book last minute as other accommodations fell thru. It was nice to be greeted by friendly hotel staff and have clean, comfortable rooms for a great price.

The hotel is okay needs to be a little bit more careful about bathroom cleanliness. The stuff should not be at the bar using the best sits on the house to watch tv. Stuff are nice and friendly.

Upon arrival it was pleasant, no problems at all. Staff we dealt with were polite. The reason for 3 stars, in mine and my partner's opinion would be because the rooms are quite outdated, and our bathroom wasn't very clean but we didn't complain about it as we were only there for a few hours before we slept and left when we got up in the morning, if we had stayed longer we would've raised our issue with the staff. The TV is tiny and hardly had a signal, bed wasn't the comfiest but overall you get what you paid for.

I'll get this out of the way first, the hotel is in definite need of a refurb. We stayed at this hotel as it was really close to Wembley area and to be honest I think that's the hotels selling point. We only stayed for the night and it was just ok, served it's purpose.

Spacious rooms with adequate facilities. Decor needs updating and some minor repairs but nothing major. 5 minute walk from Wembley Park underground. Ideal location for the arena and stadium.

Great location for the OVO arena just round the corner. Free parking during our stay which is great considering on event days it cost up to £20 per day in the area to park. Hotel looks run down on the outside and pretty dated on the inside. But the room was a good size and clean. Great for what we needed had an iron, ironing board, hairdryer.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from Wembley stadium which was the reason we booked. Rooms are a tad outdated, and would have really liked a fridge, but was perfect for what we needed it for and would come back in future.

Room was extremely dated, with chipped and marked dark brown wooden furniture. Only 2 towels which are not very big. No flannels. No teaspoons for the tea/coffee. We did ask reception who told us to ask in the bar. The bar was shut, so I asked a member of staff who was walking around. He gave us a wooden fork and spoon (not metal cutlery). Dirty glasses in the bathroom. The sink in the bathroom did not drain away, so had to leave the sink with dirty water in it when we left. Only a thin duvet on the bed and no extra blankets in the room. The curtains were not big enough for the window. Only positive is that its close to Wembley Arena/Stadium

Really great stay. Super value for money. The accommodation is basic and the decor a little dated but our room was large and clean. The staff were friendly, helpful & professional. We were on the third floor and at the back of the hotel and found this location very quiet. Perfect for Starlight Express - just a few minutes walk. Lots of retail and food options within minutes of the hotel & great for the tube.
