This hotel is the worst I have stayed in for 30 years. It was very disappointing brought my daughter for overnight stay to watch lionesses at Wembley but this hotel was grim front desk staff seemed put out that we booked through a booking company rather than direct with hotel.Covid screening was still up which gave the reception a run down feel and made communication hard. We went up toour room & stepped out of the lift into a really dirty hallway-stained carpets, bits and litter unvacuumed and tape holding the carpet together where split. Our room was very tired, all the wood veneer furniture was probably quite expensive about 40 years ago but has been affected by damp or similar and the surface is pitted and delaminating,curtains wouldn’t close properly so the room was quite light all night because of outside lights. The windows did not keep out traffic noise during the night even though we were on the seventh floor,beds were very uncomfortably and the pillows were a joke-both double beds got 2 very flat pillows so even doubled up they were low and hard so neither of us slept well,bathroom was dirty, there were hairs in the bath including pubic hair and the tap was loose and leaked and hot and cold were mislabelled.tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and uneven meaning the door had to be scraped open making quite a noise during the night.sink overflow & tap were surrounded by brown gunge overall a horrible experience.

There were solidified male bodily fluids on the bed. When you see something that obvious, it means nothing in the room will be clean, and likely the same for the rest of the hotel (speaking from experience). I left, explained why, and was promised a full refund. When I phoned to get the refund, the manager was verbally abusive and refused. NOBODY should be checking in to this hotel.

This is a very tired hotel, with rooms that leave a lot to be desired. That said, if you're only staying for one night, a good price might be tempting enough for a bed to sleep in. The cleanliness was questionable in the bathroom, water pressure was bad on the 9th floor and the retrofitted heat/AC unit was bulky, loud and takes a while to heat up. Staff were friendly, but I only interacted at check in. I would not recommend staying if you can avoid it.
