The hotel is a little dated and has got a certain smell of old building. However, I didn't mind as the room was clean and big. Only downside was that there is no fridge in the room which make me decided not come back this hotel sadly.

Came for at concert at Wembley Stadium, great location, everything great, good nights sleep toom very clean, it just needs updating a bit, buts thats being picky, otherwise an excellent stay.

There is no way on earth that the hotel is a 3 star it’s by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was absolutely filthy it even had a hole in the wall to the outside that had bird spikes in to stop the birds coming in. The curtains were that old they had deteriorated to the point they had holes in. You could not see out of the windows for how dirty they were and the bed looked like someone had just got out of it. We asked at reception if they had another room because of all this only to be told they are all the same type of condition.

The hotel has a bit of a dated, 80s vibe, with some older fixtures, but it's clean and well-maintained. For the price and location, it’s a solid choice for a short stay or overnight stop. One of the big pluses is the free parking—offered on a first-come, first-served basis—which is a real bonus in London. The staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the overall positive experience. All in all, it did the job well.

The best thing about the hotel is its proximity to Wembley Stadium. The room was very outdated and run down. Tiles in the bathroom were broken. The hotel WiFi was spotty at best. However, if you just need a place to crash after an event at Wembley, it will do.

The close proximity makes up for the negatives!

Great proximity to Wembley. Room was large and a great space with plenty of natural light. However lots of staining in the room on walls/carpets and windows. Also found spots of blood on bed runner and sheets didn't advise staff as was late and simply removed them from bed. Bed was umcomfy but being such a big room and so close to Wembley I would stay again!

The hotel offers free continental breakfast if booked through the hotel website. Unfortunately we booked it through a comparison online site so missed out. The hotel was clean, quite, good location for transport, shops etc with a helpful staff.

Great Location for Wembley Events, Excellent Servi

We stayed at this hotel for an event at Wembley and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the stadium. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early. The service overall was excellent. That said, the hotel itself is quite dated and could benefit from some refurbishment. While it was clean and comfortable, the decor and facilities are definitely showing their age. If you’re looking for somewhere convenient with free parking and great service and proximity to Wembley, it’s a solid choice—just don’t expect modern surroundings.

We stayed here after concert but were worried after reading reviews. Have to say that the staff were very good, the hotel is very tired and dated but the bed was comfy, the rooms big, the bedding and towels were clean and that was all we really wanted. Booked two double rooms and we had two doubles in each room which was a bonus.
