there's not even a simple coffee machine to make coffee. trash can is way too small and no bag. it's really dirty, without a bag, without cleaning the trash can, it can tranmit desease. bathroom door can't stay open.

Need to improve the check-in process. Understaffed in housekeeping causes delays. Part of Expedia package, felt like the left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing — dealt with 3 different people during check-in. Not a good first impression. Additional staff training, maybe. Asked for extra Twinning tea bags and extra ginger cookies for the room,,,,,I’m still waiting. Stayed for 7 days, felt daily security deposit, hold on credit card, excessive.

Stayed here for a few nights with the family in interconnecting rooms. Facilities in the room were excellent, beds were comfy and the shower clean and powerful. Breakfast had a great selection of different foods and easily walkable to Regents Park or the tube for exploring the city. Parking was expensive but very convenient so we’d definitely stay here again.
