Great vibe, staff really helpful, lovely position and comfy room. I love the idea behind this hotel being to help both local and third world people who need a start in life. Wish there were more of these hotels around. Some issues with heating regulation, with difficulty reaching a happy compromise between tropical or arctic, however a helpful staff member delivered a second duvet to the room with a smile.

Good Hotel? Maybe not.

Position Good, close to light rail, restaurants etc Room Airconditioning Good, Bathroom, small with faulty toilet, no so good. Room Facilities No TV, No Fridge, Not so good. Ear plugs supplied to suppress noise from airport.

This has been raised with our maintenance team to resolve as a matter of urgency. It is true that we do not provide TV's in the room, however we have a very open Living Room space which is great to relax and socialise. The team hope to welcome you back soon.
