Room was a bit small for what we are used to but I think that is standard for London. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast had enough options, some staff were very friendly and helpful, it was a quieter area but still easy to get around with the underground, enough restaurants and pubs around. Overall a very nice place to stay.
Great location and clean hotel, reception could work on customers service was greeted without a smile from the man on reception who came across like he didn't want to be at work.

Minute walk to st Katherine’s dock. My only complaint was that i adviced reception about the dressing table lamp not working. This this was still not sorted, therefore it was very dark in the room trying to get ready in the mornings

I was given an accessible room during my stay, even though I didn’t request one. Unfortunately, the layout and facilities were very inconvenient and made my stay uncomfortable. Everything from the bathroom setup to the furniture arrangement felt unsuitable.
I believe such rooms should only be assigned when a guest specifically requests them. I hope the hotel takes this into consideration so that future guests do not face the same inconvenience.
Lovely hotel, staff excellent, hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. In a great location for Aldgate East tube station so great area for sightseeing around London.
