Had a lovely stay here on Valentine's Day. Arrived at half 11am (check-in time 3pm), but was able to check into our room early as was available, also received a free upgraded room due to availability which was a nice touch! I accidentally double booked breakfast as when I did online check-in I added it on, although it was already included! Raj sorted us out by noticing this straight away and sorting my refund which I have now received. Room was nice and clean, liked the decor and floor lights for when you get up in the night for the toilet! Breakfast had a great selection in the morning, although was very busy, staff were very good and food was topped up. Excellent stay from start to finish.
