Aloft was a pleasurable stay. Abigail and staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. The hotel is close to all transportation facilities, bus, trains and taxis making getting around the city and airport pretty easy. The rooms have been renovated and are nice. Food selection is pretty good and reasonably priced! Great stay.

Check In was a little soulless considering we were staying over Christmas. All rooms should be checked if everything is working before placing guests. Amenties in the room could be better, very basic. That being said the gym and pool area was nice it has everything you need.
