Simple, clean room, perfect for a layover in Heathrow. Extremely convenient for travel in- and out of terminal 3 but also, once you find your way around the massive airport, easily accessible from the other terminals (free train). Our flight was severely delayed and we were tired and hungry - although there aren’t any real food options at the hotel, we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff, helping us out with (free) cookies and crisps (chips).

We enjoyed our stay, it was a little odd not having a window, felt a bit like one of those Japenese pod hotels, but it was OK. Room was warm, beds were comfy, bathroom had everything we needed and there was no noise, so we slept well 😁

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The only problem I had with the room was with the lights, there was green light in the ceiling that was too bright when the other lights were off. I do not what it was for but it disturbed my sleep

Everything was excellent! Only thing was the toilet seat was a bit broken, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, maybe needed a bit of calcium deposit removal. Otherwise would have been 5 stars. Convenient, comfortable, private quiet and friendly staff!

This is an airport hotel in converted office building. Tiny box rooms with no windows. Ok for a nights sleep and quick shower. Expensive for a very very basic experience.
