weekend for competing

Lovely stay, near to car park and my planned events for the weekend. Do wish there was Netflix on the TV. Linen fresh and clean. Bottom of curtains do need some attention. Breakfast fresh and plentiful, really enjoyed. Have gym facilities which i was able to make use of. Thank you

Had to move rooms as air con didn't work, lovely hotel, excellent in cleanliness and helpful staff, they really do need to upgrade their Aircon, it's only stays on in the day time then you're not in the room, need to be able to be on cu srang at night to keep the room cool, had no sleep at all

Not a great night stay

Checkin was quick and easy and service was great. However we got to groom and found pills from a previous guest user the pull out sofa bed along with a lot of dust. The sink area was covered in a layer of dust as well. The air conditioning stopped working in the night and we had to open the window, due to the bar outside the room and the noise level we did not get any sleep at all. And the pull out sofa bed is extremely squeaky and uncomfortable, my son woke up in the morning saying his back was uncomfortable from the bed.

Centrally located in the heart of the city centre and very accessible. However it is not good for people who are driving because the hotel charges very high fees for onsite parking. Additionally, the cost of parking nearby is also high.

Central City Location

A nice hotel in a great central location. My bathroom was mouldy, had silverfish and had a bad smell, I didn’t look at the bathroom until the morning and would have complained if I’d seen it on check-in - for the price it was not acceptable.

The staff were amazing. The front desk staff were pleasant, professional and accommodating. Our breakfast hostess was especially helpful and attentive. Although we appreciated the English breakfast, we requested a special order of scrambled eggs for our family. The chef enthusiastically agreed and then served us scrambled eggs that were cooked to perfection. We are extremely grateful for the positive energy that greeted us each day during a time of loss for our family.

As a mother and child staying we were put in a room in between two loud weekend boozy groups meaning that it was extremely noisy at around 9pm when they went out and again at 2am when they came home - also intoxicated and kept trying to open the door to our room!
