Great location - staff are very professional and polite - only thing we had a problem with is the toiletries in the room had ran out and we had to ring reception to replace them. Otherwise I’d give 10/10 - breakfast is definitely worth the money!

The property was very clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and quick. There were good options at breakfast. The location was beautiful and quiet, but very near to the city centre and easily walkable.

We have stayed for the past 3 years and have already booked for next year. The bed in the room was definitely not a queen size bed. Room service took our order, we phoned up 40 minutes later to be told the shift had changed and no order was made. Breakfast was average, the hot food wasn't as good as normal.
