Great, but could be better

The hotel was very clean, spacious accomodations, friendly staff. The front desk could have done a better job of explaining where to find the elevator or get around the building. Also, we didn't know the pool was going to be closed until we arrived which was disappointing.

I gave the front desk my sister’s room number, and asked if it was possible to find a room some where in her area. The clerk said she’d try. Same floor, but I was at the end of one wing and she was at the other. 🙄 We couldn’t have been further from each other. The pool was closed without warning - it was 104 in Las Vegas and attached to the pool is the only outdoor space on the property. At my request, Expedia requested some compensation, but the property said no. My last night there, there was no hot water when I went to shower. A call to the front desk said she’d send someone up. My sister didn’t have hot water either, so it wasn’t just my room. No further communications from the front desk, but 3 hours later there was hot water. Not a good experience. My son lives there so we were considering a timeshare, but it won’t be at this property.

Nice size room with plenty of bathroom space, 3 sinks and 2 showers. The only downside was they have a 10am checkout time which is the earliest I've seen. They only offer 10 late checkouts for the entire property which is very low.

Loved all that was in the unit, all the appliances such as the dishwasher, stove, washer, dryer etc. and cookware. Beds were super comfortable and it was very clean. Pool was great and the staff were very responsive if u needed anything. You can't ask for much more.

Staff is friendly, rooms are clean. I thought we left our laptop there, I called to ask. Security called us back within 20 minutes, they did a full room search nothing was found. Found it in a suitcase but I appreciated the fast response. Excellent customer service.

Its good for sleep and have a rest sfter long day adventure. Only our problem is too far on the elevator and when you are slready tired you dont want to walked that far. Because is a vacation property you have to ask to clean your room and to have a clean towels. The staff are friendly specially Regenia.

It's really worth to stay at Bluegreen vacations club especially with family. Given., stay comes with Kitchen its like having home / healthy food of our choice & kids don’t have to suffer much . Inhouse laundry unit saves time / energy . Cleanliness is at its best & shuttle service is another silent metric that ease the tourist life .

Staff was great! Pool hours and being indoors was the main reason we booked this place. The kitchen saved us a fortune on food and we were very happy overall with our stay. Few side notes- Room was dirty, dusty and just overall Very unclean (there is a massive pile of dirt and dust bunnies on the floor between the bedside table and wall. Also the kitchen sink had a massive ring of caked on food around it) I personally didn’t mind cleaning it before we unpacked but yes it’s wasn’t cleaned very well. It’s listed as a hotel on Expedia and it’s not which didn’t bother us but others staying there had an issue with that. The washer only did piping hot water (on the cold cycle) so the 2 loads of wash we did shrunk our clothes and stained your white towels. We had a lovely stay and pool is amazing, staff was incredible! We would be happy to return and we have told everyone how great this place is!

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had plenty of room with our family of four. The shuttle was always on time which made it very convenient to travel back and forth from the strip. I highly recommended staying here if you want extra room and a kitchenette.
