Rooms had a moldy smell to them, and spider webs in light fixtures. I changed rooms and the second room had the same issue. One of my rooms had bugs on windows and on bed. One on the rooms did not have a stool or chair to sit on, even after i asked for one, I was told that chairs are being phased out in some rooms. Bathrooms are very small and lighting in room is not the best. We stayed in two different rooms and in both rooms the Air conditioning did not get cold; room felt hot and muggy the entire time, despite turning down to 67 and having it blowing constant air. Only reason I stayed is because my kid enjoyed the pool and area so much. Front Staff seem so uninterested in their jobs. Breakfast staff needs more help/people and variety food options for kids, like cereal, milk, yogurt.

Great activities for kids. Like the staff, very friendly and accommodating. Outdoor Pool and area could have been cleaner. They also shut it down for unknown reason when we were in it, which was disappointing.

The concept and decor is great but rooms need work. Carpet was old and very smelly that made the experience in the room not so pleasant. Air conditioning was not working properly. An iron and ironing board and a microwave is necessary for families.

We purchased a room pool side didnt not get, we purchased a powerpuff girl room we did not get, we actually got a room with no theme and no staff seemed to care...went to eat at there eatery and waited 28 min before i left with my children to eat at an outside location, they said oh well if you cant wait !!!

The hotel theme was amazing. Very kid friendly (we did not go with the kids this time but plan to bring them another time) with all sorts of fun activities. The room was amazing, clean and comfortable. We didnt get a chance to explore the pool area but it looked amazing with a themed splash pad and indoor pool. The only reason for 4 stars is that the walls were very thin so there was a lot of noise coming over from the next door room with kids.

The hotel is a great option if you are going to Dutch Wonderland for a day or two. We stayed for 2 nights with two kids (2 and 4 years old). We had plenty to do at the lobby- which included kids scheduled activities and arcade room. The rooms are all kids friendly with fun characters on the wall. The only dissapointment was the breakfadt buffet. The restaurant had sticky floors and chairs. The food was all frozen and just heated- no taste at all. The staff in the buffet was not friendly at all, do we just had breakfast else where on our second day. Plenty of other options close by. And Dutch Wonderland is a must visit for small kids like ours! Overall we are happy and would come back!
