We really enjoyed our Mount Airy trip. The service was excellent, the place is very clean, we had a great room. And what a golf course! The only negative is the strangest refrigerator rule I ever heard of. Don’t think about opening the refrigerator.

Very nice hotel! Nice and clean, valet parking included with the room, pool super big and nice but it was not heated as advertised. The bar at the pool is nice but a little over priced! Reason being they are alcoholic beverages and they taste like juice!! The room service was great! The food was always fast and fresh and taste good! I do think they should add a game room or something with pool tables and such! Not complementary breakfast! But for the price of the rooms that would be nice to have! Other than that it was nice!!!

The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. The hotel had alot of dining options. The pizza place's pizza in the casino was awful. The cheese wasn't melted and piled on the bread. Guy Fieri's place is good and stayed open all night. They also had room service. The parking situation could use an update. If you don't get valet for your car, whivh is right outside registration, you hafe to self park, which is impossible to find a space near the doors to have to carry or pull your lugfage all the way through to the doors, past the coffee cafe, up the escalator, past the promotions desk, through security, through the hotel, then back down the escalator over to hotel registration. It should be an easied way to be able to park in front of the hotel, check in, take your bags to your room, and then, if you can't park near the hotel especially if your handicapped, which we were, back to your car to park in self park.

Noisy neighbors made it difficult to sleep. Limited options for drinks. You cannot bring your own but the waitresses were MIA and we were never able to get a drink while we played. The weather was chillier than expected for a weekend in August. The pool area was freezing and so was the pool so we couldn’t enjoy it. Our hallway was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. We have stayed here before and had such an amazing time. This time did not meet our expectations.

The property was nice. The pool was beautiful. The "bones" seemed old (like the drain for the sink and shower were loud). Everything was overpriced ($10 for a bowl of wonton soup and $10 for an egg and cheese sandwich), and weighted minibar ($6 bottle of water) and $175 for a cabana at the pool. Relying on valet services was not fun, but with the lack of self parking options, we had no choice which sometimes meant building an extra 10-15 mins into each time we came and went. That being said, the casino was fun, but that and golf seem to be the only two activities at this "resort". We expected a bit more.

The most important thing i look for at any hotel is cleanliness and mount airy is the definition of clean. i would stay there again and again. staff was welcoming. dining options are spectacular and the customer service was refreshing. i loved it!!!

Pretty grounds, good food, nice pool (better when there is no lightening in the area LOL) Would be nice if the indoor part of the pool was separated some how so that you can still go in if there is a storm. It would be nice to ease up on the drinking rules a little. But all in all, this is a great place to stay and I look forward to returning the same time next year.

This is the best valued hotel I’ve ever stayed out. Best value. Beautiful property. So clean. So comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food options. Great room, comfy bed, spacious room, mini bar options, just an amazing space.

The fact that people can smoke in half the casino and also stand outside everywhere makes it smoky in the lobby and other areas. We also smelled tobacco/vaping on our floor. Some people were even smoking at the outdoor pool. it you want a truly smoke free environment, this is not it. We enjoyed everything else. The staff were very helpful as well.
