The room was very nice. The staff was very nice. The place needs a lot of outside work to be fixed and updated. The food for our dinner was ok, we could not finish out dinner that we pay for and was not allowed to box it up and take it this us. We saw so many meals being thrown away including ours. Very sad to see this. We pay a lot of money for our meal, and this is what happen to it.

The place was outdated! We had ants in our room and had to pay for an upgrade? The place was empty. Entertainment needed more activities like a comedy or something. The food was ok could have been better.

The facility is very old. The carpet is very old, the pool is old. Only the restaurant is much newer, everything else is outdated. Review is for the champagne tower only.

Our stay wasn’t the best. Our room had the indoor pool in it and the door was left opened to the pool area where everything stunk like chorine, even the tissues!! The floor was wet from the steam and we had to put the ac on so it wasn’t so foggy in the rest of the room. We have been going to these cove resorts for many moons and have seen over the years how they are declining. Wasn’t happy with the food this time around where in the past, it was amazing. Very disappointed. We didn’t complain cus this was our “FREE” night since we are part of the forever lovers club. Not sure if we will stay overnight at paradise stream again. We may just do the day passes.

We arrived in the early evening. And even though we requesred a room with easy access due to my wife having limited mobility. But we were placed in a room at least 100 yards from the parkingarea. Also there was a lot of litter everywhere! Styrofoam food containers all over and a couple beer cans and a few empty Newport cigarette packs on the ground.... Thr room was way outdated. A pleather love seat. Not leather, but a very old naugahide ,(sp?). Not even a couch! And look very very carefully at the pic on the website of the pool. A slick realtor would be proud of the deceptive pics. The pool is barely bigger than an inflatable kiddie pool! The round bed mattress was way worn out! I sat on it and sunk maybe 4 inches down into it! We were in the room for all of fove minutes before we called the front desk. I told the front desk that we were very disappointed in the condition of the unit. I asked if we could get a refund. The ONLY positive thing was the very nice woman at the main desk agreed to give us a 100% refund. She said she would get the night audit person to issue it when they arrived at midnight. The next morning i received an email confirming the refund. We spend a grand total of maybe 15 minutes there after a seven hour drive to get there. The wife wanted to go there for our 35th wedding anniversary, ( we went here 35 years ago for our honeymoon/ ski trip.) Please save your time and especially your hard earned money and stay far away from there.

Beautiful grounds, surrounded by amazing nature.Very close to famouse waterfalls and Dinner was delicious.Me and my husband had a very nice time at Paradise stream resort. Lake villas had privacy and beautiful views. Lots of recreational options were provided on the grounds and entertainment at night. Halloween decorations were an added attraction.
