Snuggle in front of the fireplace with your favorite drink and enjoy the wooded view or watch a movie. The perfect getaway spot for friends and family. Easy walk to restaurants, deli, pubs and the Hyatt Regency and casino as well as outdoor walking/bike paths. Exceptionally well equipped chefs kitchen (espresso maker, large gas range, double ovens, waffle maker and rice cooker...). The living room and all bedrooms have smart TV's. This centrally located home is the perfect getaway spot for friends and family.

This location is close to Incline Village recreation center, tennis/pickle ball courts, bocce ball courts, bike pump course, disc golf and excer-course. A short bike ride or drive away is access to trail heads for hiking and biking. The Incline Village Mountain golf course as well as the Championship golf course with club house and Chateau Grille for indoor and outdoor dining/happy hour. Hyatt Hotel and Casino are just across the street. Book your next Lake Tahoe vacation!

Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks. The Incline Village community board has chosen for health/safety reasons not to allow beach access to short term rentals.

Incline Village condo

This two-story condo was in a perfect location of incline Village; across the street from the Hyatt and on Lakeshore Drive. I rented bikes right across the street at the Hyatt and enjoyed exploring the Flume TrailThis condo was very well equipped with all of the cooking items you need and a great coffee bar.The couch was thee most comfortable rental couch I have ever enjoyed. Beds were comfy, water pressure great, felt very safe. Walking distance to restaurants.Please note: the Incline beach is private.Sand Harbor has a reservation system…. Kings Beach was really wavy and not my scene. Walking and biking to other spots along the lake are your best option. There are no beach chairs, beach towels or floaties at this condo.I would stay again. Enjoyed every moment!

Incline Condo the way to go if you want to be close to the Hyatt.

Bit of a pain going thru the process picking up the keys and signing forms from the property manager about 10 minutes off site before check in and return of the key at check out. Suggest an electronic lock. Condo was on 2nd floor of complex so some stairs to deal with if you have many bags but once you get in all the bedrooms are all on the main floor when you walk in so no need to carry bags up more stairs. Top floor has a very nice updated living room and kitchen. Directly across the street from the Hyatt which is why I chose this property. Recommend and will look this one up next time I visit Incline.
