Needs a filter system for the smoke

The lobby needs to work out on their filter system. It made it hard to breathe as competed to walking into other hotels. My toddler is still coughing from a couple weeks ago. Room was clean. Food on site was mediocre.

There was only one elevator working in the north tower, where our room was. We had to wait a long time to go up and down. Other than that it was a great stay. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was excellent. Room was clean too.

Only thing I did not like about my stay was I had a handycap parking open for my father when I arrived. I was wanting to use a bell service to handle my luggage to my room. The employee would not bring a roller cart to the handycap parking spot that was available for my father. Causing me to have to hand load my items to room myself. Vallet / bell service was right next to the handycap my father wanted to park. Therefore in my book was way not the greatest service I expected. I didnt mind even tipping the bell service clerk to load my luggage, they were in my thought almost too lazy to bring the cart over to handycap parking is the way I got it. But overall a good time and good experiences of pool and jacuzzi service as well I used at Riverside. I would go again for sure. Just next time bring my own moving dolly to load my things to my room.
