The property was clean all around. The thing about this property is the elevators. We stayed on the California tower. Every time we wanted to go up there was a line. To go down you had to get on one of the elevators that were going up. The room was clean as well.

Elevators were not working properly. Took elevator from 7th floor to 1st floor, door did not open. Elevator went up to the 3rd floor and could not get it to go down. Had to call for assistance. This is the 2nd time in a year we were experiencing elevator issues here. Staff at front desk Al was very helpful with assisting us on a room canceleation.

Older hotel but gets the job done.

Strong smell of cigarettes loom throughout the entire property. Elevators are slow and packed especially on busier nights. Crowd is very rowdy and sloppy drunk. Room definitely shows its age and could use a deeper clean. Bed was sinking and well used could use replacing.
