Could have been a great stay but it wasn’t. The entire first floor of the hotel smelt like an ashtray. The mattress is our room was shot, I felt like I was sleeping in a hole, bathtub took about 15 minutes to drain. What really bothered me was they charged a resort fee but their pool was closed.

The hotel was clean but very dated. The bed was hard, lumpy and old. The bathroom had minimal lighting and taking a shower was dark. The towels were very thin and hard. The bathroom smelled like an old wet rag. The view was nice. The restaurant had a prime rib dinner special but it wasn’t the best. The salad and vegetables tasted/looked like they were right out of a bag from Sam’s Club. We were there for one night for a concert. I’ll try another hotel next time. Not sure any thing else is better considering it’s Laughlin. The bed is the one thing that should be kept up to date

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was reasonably clean. However we reserved 2 rooms and the lights didn't all work in either room. The comfort of the room was not the best, I ended up sleeping on the lounge chair because the bed and the pillows were really hard causing me neck pain. If my husband moved on one side of the bed the entire mattress would move and I would wake up. I see they are doing room updates so hopefully the rooms are updated soon.

Charged for a Stay I Couldn’t Take Due to Facility Shutdown I booked a stay at the Aquarius casino and unfortunately was unable to stay, yet I was still charged. When I arrived, the property was experiencing a major flood. Water and food services were shut down, and staff informed us there was no guarantee of running water or basic facilities during our stay. Although they were technically allowing check-ins, we were told there would be no assurance of essentials, including water. Under those conditions, I chose not to check in for obvious health and safety reasons. I do not believe a guest should be charged for a room that was essentially unusable and lacked basic services. I am hoping to receive a full refund, as this situation was completely out of my control and the casino could not provide a functional stay. Very disappointing experience, and I will reconsider booking here in the future unless this is resolved appropriately.

The front desk clerk was amazingly friendly. Check in and out process was seemless- we also appreciated the restaurants and coffee shop onsite! We would have given them more stars. However…. The pool was closed and it was 85, why were we paying resort fees with no accessible pool? They offered for us to use the hotel next door pool but that is not convenient.
