Enjoyable trip overall but we ran into a few problems. The front desk never answered the phone any time that we attempted to call from the room. We checked in during a busy time and only one express kiosk was working & front desk only had two staff members, so the line was long. Plus, the line for express check in and the desk were not separate, so if you wanted to use the one working kiosk, you had to wait behind everyone else. Not a very 'express' experience at all. Rooms are just okay, we stayed in the north tower. I like that the food court was right downstairs but the rooms have no pictures, nor mirrors. Only two very small pillows per bed. Everything looked very minimalist. Great waterfront view however and the casino itself is enjoyable. Loved the restaurants and my daughter had a great time at the arcade. Most of the customer service outside of the room itself was great.

The first room they assigned me after paying additional money for an upgrade?? was old and dirty/dusty. The next room was updated and clean. The walls are so thin, that every night , I could hear the adjoining room's occupants talking. Very hard to sleep.

Bad experience

We were to get a handicapped room and didn't until I got injured trying to enter with my wheelchair, the husband took a shower and the shower rod fell on his head, and the toilet seat was too low. Complained immediately was put into the proper room, took a very cold shower, there were bugs in the room. Was treated poorly, felt like we were discriminated by the hotel, and most of the waitresses Couldn't get drink orders when gambling. We couldn't enjoy the beach, pool and jacuzzi was dirty, bug infested. Most not everyone we dealt with were rude to us, threaten when anger stuck me because they would not listen or do anything about the issues we were faced with. I wished I could get my money back. It was the only vacation we had.
