I planned a weekend trip with a big group of family members , got our rooms only to fine them dirty , dusty and in deteriorating conditions , one of the rooms ac wasn’t working properly the toilet didn’t flushed and the hand washing sink wasn’t draining, we made front desk aware immediately this was around 5 pm , by 10 pm nothing had been done to the room , we asked to speak to a manager a lady name Terpsichore Duncan who had the nastiest attitude told us they were sold out and either i take the room or we could leave in the morning, to which i asked her to cancel everything but she wouldn’t refund us the money , this has been the worse experience in a hotel for me , this room are overpriced and in such bad conditions i would never stay here again, But the worst part was being so mistreated by this hotel manager Terpsichore Duncan shes a great example of human decency and good customer service going down the drain, how can someone with such attitude have a manager position, a manager is someone who steps in to help in a situation when a regular employee cant , well even her employees were embarrassed by her attitude, she could care less about any of us paying customers, what a shame for caesars entertainment to have an employee like this , it gives this big company a bad representation, as for all 13 of us we wont be returning to this property ever again and i will make sure everyone i know hears about this so they dont go thru such horrible experience like me .

Everything was great. I wish there would have been a microwave in the room though to warm up kids food but other than that everything was great. We had breakfast delivered to the room from their cafe and it was fast and delicious.

I recently stayed at Harrah’s, and overall, it was a comfortable experience! The bed and pillows were especially comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. That’s always a top priority for me when traveling, and Harrah’s delivered on that front. The hallways were clean and quiet, which added to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. The room was tidy, and I appreciated the effort the housekeeping staff clearly put into maintaining the space. I didn’t encounter any noise issues during my stay, which made for a peaceful environment—something that can be hit-or-miss in larger hotels. There was a small issue with one of the elevators leading to the parking area. The button for the second floor wasn’t working, which might be inconvenient for anyone parked or staying on that level. It wasn’t a deal-breaker by any means, but it’s something to be aware of if you're planning to park in the garage. If you’re looking for a comfortable place to stay with a quiet atmosphere, Harrah’s does a solid job. While there are some areas that could use minor maintenance, the overall experience was positive. I'd consider staying here again.

We arrived very late and we were tired. Going up to our room and walking down the hall the carpet was very dirty. Trash, paper bits and in front of our door, a rubber glove. The carpet in our room was also dirty. We picked up a small safety pin, some chewing gum and nail clippings. The refrigerator has food and crumbs on top of it and there was no water in the room. Part of the resort fee is supposed to give you 2 bottles of water. The next morning I brought it to the attention of the front desk and they had someone clean the room while we were gone. Still no water and the glove was still on the hall carpet. And still trash down the hall. I again brought it to the front desk and they said they would take care of it. We were there for 4 days and by the 4th day they finally picked up the glove. They did take off 20 bucks but that’s was all.

My stay was great. The only thing I didn’t like was that I was told I wouldn’t be charged a service fee and I still got charged the service fee even though my one of my rooms was not clean when I got there or already.

Check-in kiosk worked well. A call to a very friendly woman in Housekeeping for an extra pillow (these 2 guests want 4 pillows, not 3) was momentarily satisfying by the pillow never arrived. Hallway could be noisy when loud guests passed by. Toilet made a very loud water hammer noise.

I enjoyed everything about my stay EXCEPT the bed. The bed was AWFUL so firm that it was painful. I came here with my husband and 3 kids. We stayed for 3 nights. We loved everything about this hotel. It was very clean, our room was clean (i did bring my own cleaning supplies because i like to clean surfaces, toilet and shower) i didnt want housekeeping. The kids pool was great fresh towels for guest. The food options were limited. I recommend getting food from surrounding areas or Laughlin River lodge general store or bowling alley. I went Wednesday to Friday so it wasnt packed. Even the beach wasnt packed. Its just the bed put me in so much pain and im only 31. Would come again if the bed wasnt painful. Hotel had electric chargers. They were not free. I had a room im the south premium tower. It also had a fridge.
