Great place to stay!

Front desk was nice, room and bed was very comfortable. The shower had great water pressure and temperature. There were great food choices and a water taxi to take you around. The staff was very very helpful and kind. We have been to Laughlin four times and this was the best hotel we stayed in.

We had a good time and would recommend visiting this property. Great view from the North Tower of the Colorado River. Enjoyed the table games and the dealers were very friendly. Not crazy about $12 charge for early check-in (20 minutes). I was given the choice to use one of the kiosks and not pay the fee, I payed the fee. The beach is the highlight of the property and is perfect during this time of year, but $13.95 for a single beer at the beach bar is a little extreme for this location in my opinion.

Rooms were dirty and gross. Fridges don’t work, A/C only worked in one of our rooms. Food was overpriced and terrible. We only went there because of the pictures of the beach on Expedia and the reality was nothing like it. Not family friendly at all unless you want your kids to get blasted by the never ending cloud of cigarette smoke. Oh, did I mention the puddles of vomit in the parking lot? I would give it ZERO stars if I could
