Poor customer service

Customer service was rude and unwilling to listen to my issue of over payment despite having a receipt of online purchase. Hotel is outdated and not very clean. Carpet was stained and looked unvacuumed. Charging customers extra for refrigerator even with medical issues and medications needing to kept cold was unexpectable.

Everything was okay but the smell of the casino was awful. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. Didn’t even want to go through the hotel. Didn’t even get an opportunity to gamble because I just couldn’t handle the smell.

Very nice hotel

This is a nice clean Hotel but keep in mind there are no in room amenities such as no refrigerator no microwave. You can have those items but you pay extra by the day to have them.
