There was no body wash in the shower, had to call front desk. No one was answering the housekeeping phone. Casino was too smokey. Bed was uncomfortable.

The Tropicana and Laughlin have seen better days. Check in was confusing since they sent me to the wrong tower for my room. Shower leaked, the beds were adequate though. No decent restaurants on site. Went across to Outback which was very good. It's very sad, since we had great memories of Laughlin in the past.

Carpet needs to be replaced, bathroom is outdated. A/C is old and vibrating but cold. Furnished were clean but refridge area was sticky. Old Hotel that needs to updated. Overal not to bad for the price. People who work here are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. 👍👍
