The room we stayed in looked like it was a room that had been forgotten about for years. The carpet was so old it wasn’t even attached to floor anymore, the AC did not work, there was no fridge, no tissues. The surrounding hotels are much nicer with better food options.

Parking was good. The room was old & needs to be renovated! The carpet was worn & had stops of tape covering areas of the carpet where it was frayed and coming apart. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The room was very rundown and old. The pillows didn’t even have pillow cases on a couple of them! Wouldn’t stay there again!

The room was decent enough for what we paid for a 3 night stay. We asked to have housekeeping while we were there and no one ever came by, the trash cans filled up and were never emptied. They did come when we requested more towels and a blanket, but that's it.The water in the shower all three mornings was lukewarm at best.

I have stayed there numerous times. Never had any problems. During off seasons the prices sre really great and a goid value. Room was clean and well maintained. Front desk folks were friendly and made me feel welcomed. I will be back.

For the price everything was great. Much more relaxing than Vegas. Parking was free and very convenient. The food and drinks were also a good value when compared to Vegas or Tribal run casinos in SoCal. Will be back to Laughlin for sure.
