Great casino/resort

Love this casino/resort. The staff are great and very friendly. They seem to enjoy their job.. rooms are pet-friendly, clean and spacious. The casino does brunch on the weekends. They also have a pool, jacuzzi and beach area on the river. I always stay here and will continue to stay.

Noticable Improvements with every visit!

I have been coming regularly for 5 years and the rehabilitation of this classic hotel has been fun to watch. The rooms are fresh and lovely. Most recently the parking lot is wonderful! Pool is always nice too.

Overall we had a brilliant stay added bonus was the lovely bar and entertainment . The pizzas were first class too. Only downside was our friends room had bad stains on valance of bed

Room was clean, spacious with nice flooring. The only massive issue was the worst mattress in the world. When you sit on the bed, you sink to the bed frame and when you try to lay down, you will roll directly off the bed on either side. We had to turn the mattress sideways on the bedframe to be able to at least sleep in it and not fall out. I informed the front desk upon checkout and was told they are in the process of updating all the mattresses on the property.. I told them it cannot happen soon enough that that was the worst mattress I have ever had in a hotel in my 62 years.

Not the best stay.

The doors to the room were banged up. I could tell they were just painted over. The television was small. I odor of the smoke in the casino was something I didn’t want my son exposed to and we just had walked in to check out.

1. The rooms smell of cigarettes. 2. We were staying in the new remodel area which was old and dirty 3. We were given an upgrade which was the same room in another part of the hotel with new paint and floors, but the furniture was old and stained I requested a non-connected room and I still got one very noisy. All the smoke from outside was coming into our room. Never again

Worthless.

*No hot water in the shower. *Loud music and dope smoking in the next room to ours. *In the past I called and told you this, only to be told I could move to another room. Why? *You have a no smoking rule, but provide buckets outside our door for other customer's. Hypocrisy.
