Beware if you have mobility issues - large hotel that is very spread out , walking from reception to the bedroom took ages although there are lifts to help. Intitially given a room that was boling and couldn't open window, also bathroom absolutely stank . I trekked back to reception complained and was immediately given a nicer room. Entrance was being cleaned as we arrived and bedrooms still being made up at 4pm, but the carpets on the stairs and in the lift were very dirty, and there was a lot of litter outside . Main restaurant shut on Sunday but there is another smaller one that was ok , although the place was very full and staff were rushed off their feet . Swimming pool ok but lots of children made swimming difficult . Sauna also full, and steam room not operating. All the staff were very friendly though and clearly wanted to please.

A very large and comfortable hotel with good facilities, lots of parking, and very well located. Unfortunately there were issues with the leisure centre during our stay but this was communicated and handled well by staff.

Check in and use of facilitys and leasure easy and spot on stayed numerous times never fails to inpress.only negative i can give is bathroom door was locked and not accessible witch i found strange it was down to the great lock picking skills of 1 of the cleaners to acess the bathroom a hour later after twice calling and asking for assistance from reception apart from that great stay.

One night business stopover - comfortable room with fresh feel to it. Had everything I needed. It is a large hotel/conference centre so if mobility is an issue I would check with hotel as to easy access rooms etc.

This hotel needs to switch on heathers in the pre booked rooms so when the customer arrives it has a warm cosy vibe we had to sit in our coats for two hours it was so cold as was other guests. We got moved as one area stunk of weed terrible

The stay was ok, but the layout of the hotel is very confusing room numbers are all over the place. Lastly the breakfast is nothing special but the cost is extortionate should be free with the price you pay for an average sized room

Our stay here was lovely. Very clean and tidy, staff were friendly too. We paid for breakfast and felt the options were very limited especially for vegetarians. Other than that I would recommend :)
