DO NOT STAY HERE. The hotel is closing down and has not been maintained at all. Our sheets were used, there was literal mold growing in several places in the bathroom, including Serratia marcescens (pink mold) in the shower. The staff are fully aware of these issues. When we brought this to their attention they said “I know”. Further more, this hotel is being used to shelter unhoused folks and it’s obvious by the smell that housekeeping has not been adequately cleaning. Again. Do not stay here.

We booked a premium room hoping for better accommodations. When we arrived there was not staff at the desk. The tub was cracked and peeled. The water dripped constantly in the tub. The toilet seat was broken. There were not enough towels. The walls had numerous dings and chips that were in need of repair. Those that were repaired were completed carelessly. The carpet was worn and needed restretching to eliminate bubbles and wrinkles. Some of the fixtures in the room didn't work.

The guests need to be reminded NOT to smoke ANYTHING on the property! It's horrible walking into the elevator and being hit with the smell of marijuana. I couldn't even open my balcony door because someone was smoking dope on one of the balconies! Awful!!

We parked in the parking garage you have to ring the bell to be let in, the employees didn't hear it because they both were outside taking a break. When asked if the door was locked at a certain time, they lied and said yes. I confirmed with another worker when I checked out. We had to walk around thru the ally in the dark its not the most safest place in olympia for 2 women to be walking, The Hotel doesn't have air conditioning. the bed was comfortable, and they have a later check out then most.

Staff was great. Champagne was ready for us at the front desk at check in. Made our anniversary special. Cheryl at the front desk ran out and got us slippers and robes on request. Handmade AC units gave the room a special feel (in addition to connecting with the adjacent locals down by the train tracks). Additional spoons were available for late night ice cream snacks!
